What URL resolver and ResolveURL actually do is to decode file hosts and scrape from the webpage the video that is directly playable on Kodi media player. Nevertheless, the link doesn't necessarily link to an actual video file, it could be a webpage/URL with embedded video behind it.
Simply put, when you click on a favored title in certain addon, I'll find you a list of sources for a movie or TV shows. Now URL resolver is discontinued and ResolveURL is used by most, if not all, working video addons today as an essential dependency. Khoda Hafez.ResolveURL is a fork of URL resolver, a means of resolving media links from file hosters to actual video streams to Kodi addons. Go to “Sustem->System info” and see the “Build” – To know which version of kodi you are using: For example, I assume that your kodi version is Jarvis, and you have clicked on jarvisĬlick all->superrepo.kodi*.zip Ĭlick xfinity->Xunitytalk_Repository.zip Now click on the version of kodi that you are using (See bellow to know which version of kodi you are using.).
System->Settings->Add-ons->Install from zip fileĬlick Fusion->Begin here->*-addoninstaller.zip Ĭlick Fusion->kodi-repos->english->*exodus*.zip Ĭlick Fusion->kodi-repos->english->*xbmchub*.zip Ĭlick MetalKettle->talkettle*.zip You have to use “Install from zip file” and then “Videos->Add-ons->Get more” and/or “Programs->Get more” mostly. There is a reason that I can’t share now.). Well, honestly I don’t know much about kodi, although I am writing tutorial. I shall write about them in very short (excuse please. Regarding the other sources – there are few good addons in them. You have to uninstall them from “System->Add-ons”, or other way. But please note that you can not uninstall all add-ons this way. To uninstall any video addon/channel right click on it and select “Add-on information”, this will give you the option to uninstall (see the pictures bellow). This will help you to get your channel quickly.
You can right click on any channel and then click “Add to favourites”. But for the new ones, let’s see the channels and some more may be ? – see the pictures bellow: If you are experienced in using kodi, you don’t need to read anymore. Alright, let’s do it, see the pictures bellow – Bismillah……: Now the last one – adding bangla channel….
As I mentioned earlier that there are 3 steps – number 1: “adding source”, number 2: “installing add-on”, and number 3: “installing desired channel”. Go to the “System->Settings” – and see the pictures bellow: For viewing only Bangla channels by jagobd, it is not necessary to add these 3 sources bellow – it is just for that - they have some good channels/utility etc. Now if you want, add other 3 sources mentioned bellow, in the same way as you have added “Fusion”.
See the pictures bellow to add and give it a nickname as Fusion: Since we would add 4 sources, the procedure is same, and I am not giving picture for other 3 sources.
I am showing here by picture how to add a source for Bangla tv channels. We need to give a name for the source, for example we will add source or say url/link “, and give it a name or nickname whatever you say ? as “Fusion”. At first we would add four sources (link/url) as bellow :
This is not much complicated, first add source – means give kodi the url/link from where it would download the addon, then install the addon, finally install your desired channel/addon from the installed addon. See bellow to know which version of kodi you are using. I have done this on “kodi version 16.1 Jarvis”. Here we will try to setup kodi to view Bangla channels by, and install some other addons (optional).
